I’m an Angeleno-native, a new mom to my baby boy Luciano, married to Anthony: the universe’s greatest man and why we are a Browns household, and a pug mom to the always adorable Dusty Marie. I have been an acclaimed celebrity yoga trainer, meditation teacher, and holistic health coach for over 5 years now, and also am an Executive Area Manager with Arbonne. I went to UCLA for college: GO BRUINS, and am a PROUD Delta Gamma FOR LIFE! I love cooking and baking-although time for that is slimmer now as a mama, and geek out on Pinterest interior design images.
I am passionate about giving mother’s the tools to feel empowered in responding to their children’s needs, without abandoning their own!
